Homemade Ricotta Basil Pizza #lorijeanfinnilainthekitchen #healthyfood #fightinginflammation #pizza

 I used homemade ricotta that I made that I thought I removed too much whey from and it was perfect for pizza.

I used a pizza dough made in my Wolfgang Puck bread machine. I made homemade ricotta. I used basil leaves from my aero garden and Chef Pete from Australia's pizza sauce recipe (I always use crushed tomatoes). I bought a 5-Italian cheese to add.
