I've been trying to find ways to incorporate sunflower seed butter into my diet. I hate nuts. And although sunflower seed butter is made from a favorite seed of mine the richness at times is still too much of a comparison to peanut butter. These cookies work and where I can plop one in my mouth in the morning helps with energy.

I used homemade chocolate. The pieces melt faster but worked with the swirl of chocolate in my mouth.
