I've been looking forward to using coconut flour and almond flour together. Most recipes call for a very small amount of coconut flour and a lot of eggs. Not this one. I also made homemade chocolate chips by melting a store bought bar (Eco dark 2.65) and adding a tsp of coconut oil and 1 a tablespoon of honey. It was sweetened perfectly and the best chocolate chunks I feel. I used half unsalted dairy butter and 1/2 coconut oil for the coconut oil. I also used parchment paper which I love. So much easier.
Homemade Sugar Free Chocolate Chips to Bake with (No more melty, soggy baking goods with the ones I've been making from cocoa powder and coconut oil.) ( I may leave the oil out next time so they're not as melty - still really tasty.)
