I like using old fashioned oats in my cookies. I think they give them more consistency. I also used Hershey's sugar-free chocolate chips-my favorite. This recipe uses less white sugar than most so it was easy to swap out coconut sugar for the entire recipe. I used half coconut oil and half butter. These are yummy and guilt free. I have to eat them when I haven't had much simple carb for a meal. This is the only way I keep my body lined up healthy. I'll eat other low carb desserts when I haven't done this.
