I used these this morning and it seriously relieved the pressure in my head and eyes by placing the cold slices onto them my eyes. I bought one cuke for .79 and sliced it for the whole month freezing some for later. They also took down the swelling under my eyes by leaving them for a few minutes lying back. The black from beatings showed up more and was scary for a minute, but I took a breath and realized the benefits outweighed the vanity - though they were looking ugly from the side view, and there's makeup. Wash the skin around your eyes afterwards.
