I just had two of these for lunch. They are soooo good. This woman knows what she's doing.
I was surprised you didn't need any rising agents. The juices from the butter, and half coconut oil in my case, were delicious. I also made my own buttermilk (apple cider vinegar and milk) and thought it would flop - nope. I used ground turkey and seasoned it. Just ate two of these regular sized for lunch. Can't go wrong.
